Shipping & Returns
FREE SHIPPING:
Polished Sense will ship all packages via UPS. We offer FREE UPS Ground shipping on all orders over $99. For an additional fee we also offer Second Day Air and Next Day Air. We do not ship International.
Merchandise ordered after 10:00 a.m. on Monday-Thursday will ship the following business day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship Monday. No Saturday deliveries.
Once your items have been shipped, we will also generate a shipping confirmation e-mail that will detail your order information and we will provide a link to track your package(s).
Polished Sense will not be able to ship orders to P.O. Boxes. When checking out, please provide a resident or business address so we can be sure your package arrives safely on time.
SALES TAX:
Polished Sense charges 10% sales tax on orders shipped to destinations within Illinois.
RETURNS:
We will gladly accept returns and exchanges up to 90 days from the original purchase date. After 90 days we will not accept a return or be able to exchange your purchase. Our 90-day window gives you time to return/exchange a purchase, while helping us to keep our merchandise assortment fresh and in season.
All returned/exchanged merchandise must be in the original condition it was received in. Ship the package back to Polished Sense using the instructions included in your order with the original shoebox inside. Please do not tape or attach anything to the shoebox.
Any shoes returned with signs of wear or damage that may have occurred while in possession of the customer will prohibit your return or exchange. We can only accept returns or exchanges that are in a resalable condition. We recommend only trying shoes on in a carpeted area for a very limited time. Returned items that have been worn, scuffed, damaged or stained will not be accepted. No refund or credit will be given in any of these cases.
If a partial return is made, the new order total will be calculated using all items that were not returned. This new order total will be used to determine if orders meet discount/promo requirements. If the new order total is less than the required amount to obtain the original discount than the amount of the original discount will be withheld from the return amount.
After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will email you a confirmation receipt with the refund amount to the credit card originally used to place the order. Please allow one to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

EXCHANGES:
Your exchange should contain the undamaged box and original packaging.
Save money and contact us at info@polishedsense.com. Let us know that you would like to exchange your order and we will give you a free shipping label via UPS. Simply attach the UPS label to your return package and bring it to any UPS drop-off location. Please note that the UPS shipping label is only valid for use at UPS. Exchange shipping using the carrier of your choice is at your expense.
