This fall flat boot has a fold-over ankle cuff. It's simple design has a buckle strap on the ankle cuff as well. The flat boot has a mini wedge that is leather. The cuff is a cotton-canvas like material. The toe is pointed and has a 1" wedge. They have a rubber sole and slip on and off very easily. These flat boots would go great with skinny jeans, leggings and skirts.
