This fall heel is an open-toe bootie. It has a beautiful design. This heel has a big red bow made from leather on the side of the foot. I love the richness of the red leather.  I also love that this bootie has a low heel, perfect for work and dressing up. It has a  2" heel and a zipper closure on the side of the heel.
